    Good Transport Services in seeking qualified applicants for its Bulk Feed Truck Driver position. We currently have openings for the following locations: Hagerstown, MD; Mount Joy, PA; Benton, PA; Gordonville, PA; Columbia, PA; and Winfield, PA.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    The Bulk Feed Truck Driver is responsible to load, transport, and unload feed between the mill and the customer, and ensure the case of company and customer property. Essential functions of the role include:
    • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection, ensuring the safety of the vehicle
    • Load the correct feed from the appropriate bin and close bin
    • Deliver feed to correct farm and bin number in a timely and efficient manner
    • Report, clean up, and properly dispose of feed spills
    • Drive in a safe manner
    • Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle and inform supervisor of vehicle problems
    • Maintain proper company image on the highway and on the farms (i.e. proper equipment maintenance and attire)
    • Report any problems observed in working with customers
    • At times, deliver loads of a gross weight up to 95,000 lbs.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    • Valid Class A CDL and good driving record
    • Air Brakes Endorsement
    • Successful completion of DOT physical and drug screen

    In addition to the aforementioned qualifications, candidates must be able to meet the following expectations:
    • Ability to handle flexible hours at times
    • Ability to work in a dusty environment
    • Ability to handle "on-the-road" situations (i.e. snow, ice, accidents)
