Currently, there are two classes in a series that we are offering. Session 1 is not a prerequisite to attend Session 2. These classes are open to PMTA members and non-members.

Session 2 Description:  This course will probe into several issues that safety directors, risk management, attorneys, and law-enforcement personnel must be aware of when they are now involved in an investigation resulting from a crash.  The areas that are addressed in this program are a portion of what is needed to perform a complete analysis of the crash. The subjects covered in this course will include, crash scene evidence and the pre and post impact story, vehicle maintenance and how that information can be used against you in an investigation, the Driver’s role, and nighttime visibility and other environmental factors that become part of the investigation.
