We invite you to join us and showcase your business at the
5th Annual Safety Management Council's
SAFETY DAY CONFERENCE

Over 100 attendees will have the opportunity to visit your exhibit booth and learn more about the services you provide during this one-day conference.

  • All Booths consist of one 6 foot, draped table 
  • Exhibitor registration includes ONE representative registration. All others will need to be added at $25 each on the Registration Form.
  • Please be sure to select the options you will need on the registration form.

TEAR-DOWN:   Thursday, March 15, 2018 | 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

This exhibit space contract is entered into between your company (Exhibitor) and the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association.  This contract takes effect upon acceptance by the Exhibitor.  The Exhibitor hereby requests PMTA to provide Exhibitor with exhibit space at the PMTA Safety Conference and Expo 2018 with the understanding that the Exhibitor will set up on 3/15/18, and must participate in the show on 3/15/18, during the times stated above.  

Exhibitor agrees to pay PMTA the scheduled rent with submission of this registration. Exhibitor agrees to abide by the rules and regulation submitted separately and as prescribed by the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg. Your registration as an Exhibitor indicates acceptance of these conditions. 

PMTA Refund Policy
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an event registration is 5 business days prior to the event.  No refunds will be awarded after the deadline or to registrants who choose not to attend an event. Event registrations are transferable to another registrant unless otherwise indicated on event materials. Refund and registration transfer requests must include the name of the event and registrant attendee name.  Requests will be accepted via phone, fax, or e-mail. Refund requests may be subject to an administrative fee as stated on registration materials.
