Lane Brody is an attorney at Reager & Adler, PC, in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, where he practices primarily in the area of transportation and general liability.  Mr. Brody advises and defends trucking companies, insurance carriers, owner-operators and truck drivers on a variety of legal matters including regulatory compliance, accident investigations and catastrophic losses.  He has handled cases in both the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Lane has recently been elected to serve on the Board of PMTA’s South Central Chapter.  Since joining PMTA in 2017, Lane has authored numerous articles which have been published in Penntrux – most recently “Are You Ready For The Clearinghouse?”

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an event registration is 5 business days prior to the event.  No refunds will be awarded after the deadline or to registrants who choose not to attend an event. Event registrations are transferable to another registrant unless otherwise indicated on event materials. Refund and registration transfer requests must include the name of the event and registrant attendee name.  Requests will be accepted via phone, fax, or e-mail. Refund requests may be subject to an administrative fee as stated on registration materials.
