PRESTON L. FORCHION,

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Mr. Forchion is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York with extensive industry experience in vehicle accident reconstruction. His experience and industry knowledge covers over 18 years of reconstruction methodology ranging from minor property damage crashes to multiple vehicle fatal collisions. Mr. Forchion is well versed in collisions involving motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, damage consistency, occupancy kinematics, event data recorder download and analysis. Mr. Forchion is a retired police officer and has extensive knowledge and training in Impaired and Intoxicated Vehicle Operation (DRE) and Emergency Vehicle Operations. Additionally, Mr. Forchion is a certified FAA drone pilot and is well abreast in performing aerial site inspections for a myriad of situations.

PMTA Refund Policy
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an event registration is 5 business days prior to the event.  No refunds will be awarded after the deadline or to registrants who choose not to attend an event. Event registrations are transferable to another registrant unless otherwise indicated on event materials. Refund and registration transfer requests must include the name of the event and registrant attendee name.  Requests will be accepted via phone, fax, or e-mail. Refund requests may be subject to an administrative fee as stated on registration materials.
