How motor carriers and drivers must prepare for inspections and what to do if selected. What to do following the inspection and should and how to properly DataQ. How to lower CSA scores.

Dennis BIO:

Dennis McGee is a retired Special Agent for the FMCSA. During his 30 year career in the PA Division Office with FMCSA he worked as a Federal Program Specialist overseeing the day-to-day Pennsylvania Federal enforcement program and State Program Specialist working with the PA State Police, PA PUC, PENNDOT and Municipal police agencies in the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program including hazardous materials, CDL, New Entrant program and National Handicap Driver Waiver Program.  Dennis has designed and delivered training classes across the United States for the FMCSA National Training Center including, paper and cyber trail, on-board computers, truck and bus inspections, interviewing techniques and advanced HOS violations detection and enforcement. 

Dennis is also a retired PA State Trooper and currently has his own business as a DOT consultant conducting mock audits for DOT and HazMat compliance, CMV accident analysis, training classes for FMCSR and HazMat instruction and expert testimony in CMV accident cases. During his career with FMCSA Dennis has delivered training classes for PMTA throughout Pennsylvania.

PMTA Refund Policy
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an event registration is 5 business days prior to the event.  No refunds will be awarded after the deadline or to registrants who choose not to attend an event. Event registrations are transferable to another registrant unless otherwise indicated on event materials. Refund and registration transfer requests must include the name of the event and registrant attendee name.  Requests will be accepted via phone, fax, or e-mail. Refund requests may be subject to an administrative fee as stated on registration materials.
