Rebecca Oyler

Bio

Rebecca has led PMTA since February 2021. Her experience prior to joining the trucking industry includes almost 20 years in state government with the Departments of State, Conservation & Natural Resources, and Community & Economic Development. She also worked for several associations, most recently the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), where she advocated for small businesses in Harrisburg. Rebecca holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. from Georgetown University.

Megan Magensky

Megan started working at PMTA in May 2023. Prior to joining the transportation industry, Megan spent several years reporting for CBS 21 News in Harrisburg. At CBS 21, Megan covered everything from politics to severe weather, the economy, education and (of course) transportation. She’s originally from Northeast Ohio, but has since lived in Chicago, IL and Pasco, WA. Megan has degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Musical Theatre from Columbia College Chicago. In her free time she likes to spend time outdoors, read and see local theatre.
